Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all products ordered from IrishJewelry.com within 24 to 48 hours from when we receive the order, during normal business days (Monday through Friday). However, under unusually high order volume or other unique conditions, processing time may take longer. Our registered customers may track their order at IrishJewelry.com, provided they placed the order using their registered account, by logging into the website. Guest checkout customers may check on the status of their order by contacting us using this form. Delivery times are based on the type of shipping service chosen during the checkout process. All orders are currently shipped via UPS and may only be delivered to a physical address-- not a PO Box.
Privacy & Security
Our customers' privacy and security is of paramount importance to us at IrishJewelry.com. We do not support the use of SPAM e-mail, and we will only ever contact you in reference to an order you have placed or in reply to your questions and concerns. To receive regular promotional e-mails from us, you may sign up for our E-Newsletter on the homepage of the site. All e-newsletters include an Unsubscribe link, should you ever change your mind about receiving the newsletter.
Returns & Replacements
Customers of IrishJewelry.com may return any jewelry ordered within 7 days of product delivery (based on UPS tracking information) for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, provided that the jewelry is returned in new, unworn condition. Store Credit will be awarded for the amount paid for the returned product(s). Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded or added to the amount of awarded store credit. Store Credit will be awarded in the form of a COUPON CODE, which may be used during checkout on IrishJewelry.com. The COUPON CODE will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
BEFORE returning any merchandise, customers must contact Customer Service and request authorization for the return by sending an e-mail to customerservice@IrishJewelry.com or by using this form. Once Customer Service has replied and provided authorization, the customer must return the products along with a completed Product Return Form within 10 business days.
In the event that a product is not available for exchange, IrishJewelry.com will, at its discretion, provide store credit instead.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Sales, special promotions, and offers are only valid for orders placed during the time that the promotion is live and available on the site. All payments and prices are finalized during the checkout process. If you think you might be entitled to a discount or special price that isn't showing up in your cart, contact us first. Once your order has been placed, no refunds or returns will be allowed due to missed promotions. We value every customer, and this policy ensures that we provide the fairest prices and service to all.
Viewing Orders
If you have registered for an account at IrishJewelry.com, you may view the status of all your pending orders and your complete order history by logging into the website using the link at the top of every page. Order information will only be available for orders that were placed using your registered account.
Updating Account Information
